Who processes the data
Apotelic is the controller of the data collected through this site.
What we collect
Only what you send through the form: name, company, email and — depending on the form — the objective you picked, the product of interest and your message. We also record the language of the page, so we reply in the same one. We do not record your IP address. The site uses no profiling cookies.
Why we process it
To answer your request and prepare the meeting. We do not pass it to third parties and we do not use it for other purposes: no newsletter, no profiling, no resale.
Where it ends up
The form does not go through an external form service: it reaches our own infrastructure and the request is stored in our own archive hosted on Google Cloud within the European Union. Google Ireland Limited is therefore a processor acting on our behalf, limited to hosting the site and the archive.
The mailbox
Our info@apotelic.com mailbox is run by Zoho on its European instance (Zoho Corporation B.V., the Netherlands): if you write to us, or when the notice of a request lands in our mailbox, the content passes through there. It is the only processor besides Google, and the data stays within the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as the conversation that generated them requires, and in any case no longer than twenty-four months: every request is born with its own expiry date.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@apotelic.com. We carry out the deletion ourselves, with no intermediary.
